Avis Ng is a co-founder of Agape Vision. Besides volunteering she is also a lecturer/ supervisor for Masters and Degree students pursuing psychology and counselling.
Avis had a total of 6 years of clinical practice as a school counsellor in a private school and has dealt with children who experience ADHD, eating disorders, self-harm, abuses, trauma and anxiety.
Avis’ greatest passion is to work with children, teenagers and families. She believes that transformation is achievable when families begin to work through their unhealthy ways of communication and conflict management. Avis is also an associate clinician at Rekindle Therapy Malaysia providing family counselling sessions from various backgrounds.
